Why do I need two pairs?
Your light needs change through the day. The yellow lens cuts daytime screen glare while keeping you alert and seeing colours normally. The red lens blocks far more light at night to protect your melatonin before sleep. One lens can't do both jobs well — together they cover your full 24 hours.
When do I wear each one?
Yellow Pro Focus during the day — at screens, in the office, studying or gaming. Red Pro Night in the last 1–2 hours before bed, whenever you're on screens or under bright lighting.
Can't I just wear the red ones all day?
Not ideal. The red lens blocks so much light that everything turns deep red — great for winding down, but it dims your vision and isn't meant for focused daytime work. The yellow lens keeps you alert and colours natural while still cutting glare.
Is the pack cheaper than buying them separately?
Yes. The pack is €140 instead of €160 for both pairs bought on their own — you save €20 and get the complete day-to-night system in one box.
Can I wear them with contacts or prescription glasses?
Both pairs are non-prescription lenses. If you normally wear glasses, you can only use them with contact lenses — they can't be worn over prescription glasses or made to your prescription.
